Elections
Elections were held for officers positions.
President - It was determined by a toss of the coin that Jason Quynn will continue as President of CRRG, with his office to expire end of December, 2010. The initial vote resulted in a tie between Jason Quynn and Mark Kelley with Jason and Mark receiving 4 votes each for a tie after two separate votes.  Per the CRRG by-laws, the election was decided by a flip of the coin.

Vice-President – Robert Hawkins, term through December 30, 2010.

Secretary – Mark Kelley, term through December 30, 2010.

Treasurer – Deanna Lee term through December 20, 2010

- Upcoming Board Meetings

The group agreed on quarterly Board Meetings. Mark will set meeting dates. It was agreed that we should hold our Board Meetings in a quiet place where we can reasonably conduct business. Mark will check into availability of Parker Fire District Headquarters, with meetings quarterly on Tuesday nights at 7:30PM.

By-laws

Everybody agreed that it is important that the group follows the by-laws

David Lowe referred to by-laws in matters of our election of officers

The group recognized that we have not been true to the by-laws in many areas and agreed that we need to focus on them and further to make them a point of discussion in future meetings.
